This year’s Astro Golf Tournament took us around the world—literally! Our 2025 theme brought out everyone’s creativity as teams represented countries from every corner of the globe. From themed outfits to spirited team names, the day was filled with laughs, sunshine, and plenty of friendly competition.
While we were missing a few of the usual suspects, we still managed an impressive 259 shots...slightly less than last year 😉. As for golf, we’re pretty sure most teams made it through all 9 holes, although the on-course celebrations may have made counting a little fuzzy!
The real purpose of the tournament, as always, is simple: to get Astro employees, spouses, and plus-ones together for a day outdoors, away from the job sites and emails, and to enjoy good company in a relaxed setting. Judging by the smiles, stories, and friendly banter, we definitely achieved that goal.
A huge thank-you goes out to Riverbend Golf and Country Club, who hosted us for the third year in a row. Their staff continues to go above and beyond to make sure our day runs smoothly—and they take sure good care of us!
As for next year’s theme? We’re not quite sure where our clubs will take us next, but one thing’s certain: we’ll all be looking forward to it.
